WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A TATTOO?
Ivory and Ink is a studio for women ONLY, so no male clients will be accepted.
You must be 18 years or older.
You may not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
All major credit cards and cash are accepted.
If you use a credit card, you will be charged an additional 2.6% fee.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Deposits of $25 are non-refundable and are required to secure all appointments. This will apply to your total tattoo cost.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments rescheduled with proper notice may transfer their deposit one time toward a future appointment within the following 6 months. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. Please ensure you reschedule or cancel more than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment to avoid a forfeited deposit. If you decide to cancel your appointment and not immediately reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited. Those that no-show their appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, with a 15 minute grace period.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR TATTOOS COST?
The shop minimum is $75.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Flash Designs are pre-made designs that are not customizable unless noted and are available to book through the booking link. Please see flash page for available designs. When booking, indicate which flash number you wish to get , any customizations (if applicable), and preferred placement in the "Appointment Notes" (see available placements below). If you're booking a medium/large sized flash, appointment length may be adjusted after booking to accommodate.
If you would like to book a flash appointment for two people, please select the "TWO PERSON Flash Design" option and indicate the second person's full name, email, and phone number. Please write which flash number you both wish to get, any customizations (if applicable), and preferred placement in the "Appointment Notes". Both must be 18 years or older.
Custom design forms can be submitted to request your own design. Kait will review the submission and if the request reflects her style and skill set, she will reach out to you to move forward with booking. Please allow up to 1 week to review your submission. Designs such as custom handwriting and simple objects with no shading will be prioritized. Kait will reach out regarding your design preferences within 7 days of your appointment and provide a final proof within 3 days of your appointment. All designs must be finalized 24 hours before your appointment, meaning no changes can be made the day of!
The custom design form allows you to request an appointment for up to 3 people if you're looking to get matching tattoos. Only 3 clients at a time are able to be in the studio due to space limitations, so if there are more than 3 people in your party you will have to separate and fill out multiple custom design requests.

WHAT PLACEMENTS DO YOU OFFER?
The only placements that I offer at this time are:
-Upper Arm (inner/outer)
-Forearm (inner/outer)
-Wrist (inner/outer)
-Ankle (inner/outer above)
-Upper back
I do NOT offer finger/hand, rib, sternum, collar bone, neck, behind the ear, thigh or lower back tattoos at this time.

DO YOU PROVIDE AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes, you will be provided a comprehensive after-care guide with specific instructions for your fine line tattoo following your appointment.

DO YOU OFFER TOUCH UPS?
Touch-ups in Fine Line Tattoos are often common due to their delicate nature and may vary based on several factors including after care routine, placements of the tattoo, lifestyles (such as sun exposure), and genetics. A complimentary touch-up may be completed at least 6 weeks after your initial appointment. Touch-up appointments are available to book through the flash booking link.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Prior to your appointment, it is recommended you:
-stay hydrated/eat a substantial meal
-limit excessive caffeine and alcohol
-avoid excessive sun exposure (If the area that you are intending to get your tattoo at is sunburn on the day of your appointment, this will result in needing to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited)
-wear comfortable clothing
